What should you do if the product is damaged?
Contact Ditur Customer Service and describe the damage.
We will send you a return shipping label.
The shipment is fully insured and the freight is covered by us.
We will repair or replace your watch depending on the extent of the damage.
Whatever the damage to your watch, you don't have to pay anything as long as the damage is covered by our warranty conditions.
Ditur's extended warranty does not cover:
- Replacement of lost parts (crown, stone, strap parts etc.)
- Cosmetic damage
- Normal wear and tear from normal use on e.g. leather, textiles, batteries, glass
- Water damage to watches with 5 ATM or less
- Grossly negligent and wilful damage
Your obligations:
- Your watch must be used and stored correctly in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
- The damage must be reported to Ditur's customer service immediately (within 3 days) in order to minimise the damage as much as possible.

Orient Bambino RA-BB0001E
Orient Bambino RA-BB0001E is a 38 mm automatic dress watch built around a deep green sunburst dial with applied rose gold-tone Roman numeral indices and alpha-style hands.
The green dial carries rose gold-tone Roman numerals at the even hours, thin baton markers between them, and a double-step minute track printed around the outer edge - all set inside a stainless steel case with polished bezel and curved lugs. At 38 mm in diameter and 13 mm thick, the case wears upright on the wrist, and a knurled push-pull crown sits at three o'clock. The dark brown genuine leather strap has an alligator grain pattern and contrasting light brown stitching, fastened by a buckle.

The Orient Bambino RA-BB0001E runs on Orient's own F6724 automatic caliber, visible through a transparent caseback. The movement winds without a battery - purely from wrist motion. The mineral glass keeps the package accessible, and the transparent caseback lets the F6724 be observed directly without removing the watch from the wrist.
