You have a 2-year warranty on all products purchased from Ditur.

Of course, we hope that everything is tiptop when you receive your product. But in the unlikely event that your product is not quite as it should be, we are of course ready to help you!

The complaint must be made within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered and no later than two months afterwards.

Are you unsure about something regarding complaints? Maybe these questions can help you.

: If your product has a fault or defect that is not caused by misuse and/or is self-inflicted, then it's time to make a claim.
Please be aware that if a claim is not deemed justified, there may be costs for you.
: If you want to file a complaint, please press the START A COMPLAINT button above and follow the instructions.
Once your case is created, we will send the item to our watchmaker and service team who will assess what to do with the item. You'll hear from us within 2-3 business days and we'll keep you updated via email.
: If the claim is justified, we will cover the shipping costs. It is therefore important that you create the claim on this page so that you use our parcel label.
: We usually have a processing time of 2-7 days for complaints, but during busy periods it can take up to 14 business days.
If your claim is for a product from one of our authorised brands, we will need to send the product to the supplier and the processing time can be longer - usually 2-6 weeks.

: It is free to submit a complaint with us.
If our workshop determines that the issue is not covered by the right to make a complaint - for example in cases of user error, self-inflicted damage, impact damage, moisture damage, or normal wear and tear - we will contact you with an assessment and, if applicable, a cost estimate before taking any further action.
In these cases, a service fee for the inspection may be charged. The fee covers handling, troubleshooting, and administration in connection with the case. You will always be informed of this before we proceed.
You naturally have the option to decline the repair.
