What should you do if the product is damaged?
Contact Ditur Customer Service and describe the damage.
We will send you a return shipping label.
The shipment is fully insured and the freight is covered by us.
We will repair or replace your watch depending on the extent of the damage.
Whatever the damage to your watch, you don't have to pay anything as long as the damage is covered by our warranty conditions.
Ditur's extended warranty does not cover:
- Replacement of lost parts (crown, stone, strap parts etc.)
- Cosmetic damage
- Normal wear and tear from normal use on e.g. leather, textiles, batteries, glass
- Water damage to watches with 5 ATM or less
- Grossly negligent and wilful damage
Your obligations:
- Your watch must be used and stored correctly in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
- The damage must be reported to Ditur's customer service immediately (within 3 days) in order to minimise the damage as much as possible.

Orient Bambino RA-AC0031S
Orient Bambino RA-AC0031S is an automatic dress watch built around an in-house Orient calibre and a sunburst white dial that shifts visibly under changing light.
The 40 mm stainless steel case carries polished surfaces on the bezel top and lug tops, with brushed flanks beneath. Dauphine hands and faceted baton indices sit against the sunburst white dial, and a date window appears at 3 o'clock framed cleanly against the dial. The black genuine leather strap has an alligator-embossed grain, black stitching, and closes with a buckle. Glass is mineral.

The Orient Bambino RA-AC0031S runs the Orient F6724 calibre - an in-house automatic movement with hand-winding, hacking, 22 jewels, and a 40-hour power reserve. The transparent caseback allows a direct view of the movement. Case thickness is 12 mm across the 40 mm stainless steel case, and a date complication is displayed at 3 o'clock.
