What should you do if the product is damaged?
Contact Ditur Customer Service and describe the damage.
We will send you a return shipping label.
The shipment is fully insured and the freight is covered by us.
We will repair or replace your watch depending on the extent of the damage.
Whatever the damage to your watch, you don't have to pay anything as long as the damage is covered by our warranty conditions.
Ditur's extended warranty does not cover:
- Replacement of lost parts (crown, stone, strap parts etc.)
- Cosmetic damage
- Normal wear and tear from normal use on e.g. leather, textiles, batteries, glass
- Water damage to watches with 5 ATM or less
- Grossly negligent and wilful damage
Your obligations:
- Your watch must be used and stored correctly in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
- The damage must be reported to Ditur's customer service immediately (within 3 days) in order to minimise the damage as much as possible.

Orient Bambino RA-AC0028S
The Orient Bambino RA-AC0028S is a classic dress watch built around an in-house automatic movement, distinguished by its gold-tone case, dagger-shaped hour markers, and domed dial styling rooted in mid-century design.
The white dial catches light with a subtle sunburst finish, where applied gold-tone dagger markers and faceted dauphine hands shift in reflective contrast as the angle changes, while a slim rectangular date window sits neatly at three o'clock. Housed in a gold-tone stainless steel case measuring 40 mm across, protected by mineral glass, the watch sits on a genuine leather strap in brown with an embossed alligator-style grain and brown stitching, secured by a buckle clasp.
