What should you do if the product is damaged?
Contact Ditur Customer Service and describe the damage.
We will send you a return shipping label.
The shipment is fully insured and the freight is covered by us.
We will repair or replace your watch depending on the extent of the damage.
Whatever the damage to your watch, you don't have to pay anything as long as the damage is covered by our warranty conditions.
Ditur's extended warranty does not cover:
- Replacement of lost parts (crown, stone, strap parts etc.)
- Cosmetic damage
- Normal wear and tear from normal use on e.g. leather, textiles, batteries, glass
- Water damage to watches with 5 ATM or less
- Grossly negligent and wilful damage
Your obligations:
- Your watch must be used and stored correctly in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
- The damage must be reported to Ditur's customer service immediately (within 3 days) in order to minimise the damage as much as possible.

Casio Edifice EQB-1300DC-3AEF
The Casio Edifice EQB-1300DC-3AEF is a solar-powered analogue watch with Bluetooth smartphone connectivity built into a 40 mm stainless steel case.
The green dial carries a dense geometric pattern across its main surface, interrupted by three smooth, circularly grained sub-dials and a date window at 4 o'clock. Multi-faceted applied hour indices with white-filled centres stand against the patterned background, while baton-shaped hands with luminous segments catch light on their bevelled edges. The 40 mm stainless steel case and H-link bracelet wear a uniform grey-coated brushed finish, with polished highlights on the inner bezel and pushers. Four pushers frame the crown on both sides of the case. The watch includes a stopwatch function and a 24-hour display alongside day and date.

The EQB-1300DC-3AEF is the dark grey ion-plated variant of that series.
