Glass Protection

The protective foil is an optional extra for those who want to take extra care of their watch and protect it from the scratches and scrapes that everyday life can easily cause. The foil is personally cut to fit your watch, which is why we can mount the foil on most watch models - including smartwatches from Apple, Huawei & Samsung.
The foil has a wide range of cool properties:

Increases scratch resistance.

Increases protection against small bumps and other scratches.

In the case of minor scratches, the film 'regenerates' so that in most cases it 'heals' again, so you can't see the scratch.
Deep scratches will 'destroy' the foil. Luckily, your watch has been saved from a permanent scratch and you can order a new foil from us.
The protective film is transparent and is made from a material that is almost impossible to see.
Conditions
The 99-day returns policy does not apply when purchasing this product. The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal still applies. When ordering online with a watch, the foil will be personally applied to your watch before shipment. We will remove the plastic that is normally attached to the glass and apply your PanzerGlassTM foil. In addition, 1 extra delivery day is expected on orders where PanzerGlassTM Foil is applied.
With personalised engraving you can put your unique touch on this product. It can be to encapsulate a memory, your name or a fun little message. In a few cases, there may be a 1-day delay for optional engraving.

What should you do if the product is damaged?
Contact Ditur Customer Service and describe the damage.
We will send you a return shipping label.
The shipment is fully insured and the freight is covered by us.
We will repair or replace your watch depending on the extent of the damage.
Whatever the damage to your watch, you don't have to pay anything as long as the damage is covered by our warranty conditions.
Ditur's extended warranty does not cover:
- Replacement of lost parts (crown, stone, strap parts etc.)
- Cosmetic damage
- Normal wear and tear from normal use on e.g. leather, textiles, batteries, glass
- Water damage to watches with 5 ATM or less
- Grossly negligent and wilful damage
Your obligations:
- Your watch must be used and stored correctly in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
- The damage must be reported to Ditur's customer service immediately (within 3 days) in order to minimise the damage as much as possible.

Orient Mako RA-AC0Q15Y
Orient Mako RA-AC0Q15Y is a 40 mm automatic diver-design watch built around Orient's own F6722 calibre, paired with a brown dial and a unidirectional rotating bezel.
The brown dial carries a radial sunburst finish, with applied rectangular hour markers showing polished facets and white luminous fill - broad sword-shaped hands mirror the same treatment, and a slim red-tipped seconds hand cuts across both. A date window sits at three o'clock, and the 40 mm stainless steel case presents brushed lugs and sides, matched by the three-link stainless steel bracelet whose main link faces are brushed and whose connecting centre links carry polished accents. The crystal is sapphire. The unidirectional rotating bezel runs a 60-minute engraved scale with a luminous pip at zero.

The Orient Mako RA-AC0Q15Y accepts any strap or bracelet labelled universal at 20 mm, so the bracelet can be swapped without sourcing a model-specific replacement.
Orient's Japanese Mechanical Heritage
Orient began manufacturing watches in Tokyo in 1950 under the name Tama Keiki Co., Ltd., and the brand has since been absorbed into the Seiko Epson group as its dedicated mechanical-watch line. The Mako sits within Orient's sports and diver-design collection, and this 40 mm generation keeps the classic Mako dial and hand layout while removing the crown guards and reducing the case size from earlier references.
In-House Movement, Diver-Grade Rating
The Orient Mako RA-AC0Q15Y runs on the Orient F6722, an in-house automatic calibre with hand-winding capability, visible through the transparent caseback. At 20 ATM the screw-down crown and case construction meet full diving-use ratings. Sapphire crystal covers the dial, placing it above the mineral glass used on many watches at this tier of the Mako range.
