What should you do if the product is damaged?
Contact Ditur Customer Service and describe the damage.
We will send you a return shipping label.
The shipment is fully insured and the freight is covered by us.
We will repair or replace your watch depending on the extent of the damage.
Whatever the damage to your watch, you don't have to pay anything as long as the damage is covered by our warranty conditions.
Ditur's extended warranty does not cover:
- Replacement of lost parts (crown, stone, strap parts etc.)
- Cosmetic damage
- Normal wear and tear from normal use on e.g. leather, textiles, batteries, glass
- Water damage to watches with 5 ATM or less
- Grossly negligent and wilful damage
Your obligations:
- Your watch must be used and stored correctly in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
- The damage must be reported to Ditur's customer service immediately (within 3 days) in order to minimise the damage as much as possible.

The Lee Cooper Skeleton LC08311.390 is an automatic skeleton watch with a power reserve indicator displayed on a horizontal bridge running across the open dial.
The 43 mm stainless steel case presents brushed lugs and bracelet surfaces alongside polished beveled edges, with a polished bezel framing the open-worked dial. The skeletonized dial reveals silver-toned movement components, gear wheels, and jewels set against a dark blue outer chapter ring, with applied faceted baton hour markers carrying lume fill and silver-toned skeletonized hands. The watch comes on a stainless steel President-style three-link bracelet with a fold-over clasp.
