What should you do if the product is damaged?

We will send you a return shipping label.
The shipment is fully insured and the freight is covered by us.
We will repair or replace your watch depending on the extent of the damage.
Whatever the damage to your watch, you don't have to pay anything as long as the damage is covered by our warranty conditions.
Ditur's extended warranty does not cover:
- Replacement of lost parts (crown, stone, strap parts etc.)
- Cosmetic damage
- Normal wear and tear from normal use on e.g. leather, textiles, batteries, glass
- Water damage to watches with 5 ATM or less
- Grossly negligent and wilful damage
Your obligations:
- Your watch must be used and stored correctly in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
- The damage must be reported to Ditur's customer service immediately (within 3 days) in order to minimise the damage as much as possible.

AVI-8 Flyboy Limited Edition AV-4145-02
AVI-8 Flyboy Limited Edition AV-4145-02 is a 175-piece automatic watch built around a bronze-finished stainless steel case that immediately sets it apart from the standard Flyboy lineup.
The 39 mm case wears a brushed bronze finish with a smooth bezel and an unadorned crown at three o'clock, while the matte dark blue dial carries printed yellow Arabic numerals, a railway-style minute track, and yellow baton hands - all on a case 15 mm thick. A rectangular date window with a yellow border sits at eight o'clock, and an eagle emblem with "E.S." and "AVI-8" text anchors the twelve o'clock position. The watch ships with two straps: a textured dark brown genuine leather strap with cream stitching, and a secondary matte grey leather strap with bronze-toned hardware including an engraved buckle.
